Feature Board

Vill kunna värdera kandidaterna med mer än bara stjärna/inte. Det underlättar om man är flera som jobbar i systemet att kunna se vilka som värderats väldigt högt och vilka som är med normala/medel men ändå inte direkt reject.

Skulle vara grymt om det gick att ladda ner kandidaterna från en jobbannons till en csv fil eller liknande. Detta för att skapa en översik och ex. kunna göra nyckelords- search bland kandidaterna. Tack!

Show the actual screening question for the specific role in the candidate view, as they're customized for each role. Annonying to just see 1,2,3.. and search somewhere else what the question is about. Thanks!

We would like to track from what source the application was made. Especially if it came from LinkedIn.

Filter candidates by skill or role, and send an email about a new job that might interest them.

E.g. who will interview, take reference etc.

View when candidate has applied to something previously. I thought it pulled through to the right hand panel but I've had a few candidates I didn't realise were repeats.

Antingen kunna visa på sidan, eller möjlighet att dra ut masterdata till excel. Så man kan spara statistik på antal sökande, kön osv.

We have a “hidden agreement” of not sending rejection emails on Fridays.

Sometimes people send us their CV over email. Would be handy to just forward the email to a Hirefly email adress and thereby add it to the job.

När du lägger till en kolumn / flyttar en befintlig så hoppade alla andra kolumner lätt runt till random platser. Dessutom var vissa kolumner fördefinerade i funktion. Vi kunde ändå byta namn på alla men när vi rejectade så hamnade de i ett kolumn där vi hade kandidater vi ville ha kvar. Måste bli tydligare om en viss kolumn är för ett visst ändamål (tex annan färg på den)

Vill kunna sortera kandidater så behöver fler funktioner än stjärnan. Vore bra med taggar tex "man/kvinna" eller "master" osv för att kunna både sortera under rekryteringen men också få ut statiskt efter. Vill alltså likt Planner lägga till taggar på varje kandidat

Need to make it easy for other interviewers to see the skill they need to evaluate, see what questions to ask and give them a space for them to add notes on each skill + add a score

To be seen on the candidate card, so that i don’t have to visit their profile every time.
